Nickel-plated barrel hinge with acorn-shaped knob. The acorn knob was a common decorative element on hinges for doors, windows, and cabinet doors from the late 1800s until the mid-1930s.

If you are looking at your door in the closed position and the hinge is visible on the right-hand side, it is right-hinged. If it's on the left, it is left-hinged. Please note that the width given is measured when the hinge is fully open.
