Pine floor Södermalm - 25 x 160 mm - Solid Wood Flooring

NOTE: Sold by the square meter. The flooring is delivered in plastic-wrapped packages of 3-4 boards with given lengths usually between 3.5-5.4 meters. If you have specific length requirements, please contact us via email beforehand to check current stock status.

Floor planks made of premium, planed, matured pine from northern Sweden. This floor has been dried to just 9% moisture. The planks have side and end feathers and tracks on the bottom. This floor also has slightly rounded side edges.

The floor comes planed and untreated. Think of grinding the planks once they are in place to ensure the floor is smooth without irregularities. The floor is screwed diagonally along the feather. These floor planks should be placed on floor beams no more than 60 cm (23.6 in.) apart. 

Important to know for wooden floors:
Wood is a living material that shrinks and increases in volume with humidity. On dry winter days when the fire in the stove heats the best, your wood floor will probably have gaps between the planks. On late summer days, these gaps will probably be gone. For best results, try to keep the temperature and humidity in the room as consistent as possible. Underfloor heating is possible, as long as the temperature does not exceed 27°C (80°F).

Since wood behaves differently in different environments and with different treatments, we will not accept complaints once the floor has been laid. Complaints can only be made before the floor has been laid.

• Shipping cost is based on weight, volume, and shipping method and is calculated at checkout.
• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2–5 business days.
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be charged by the carrier.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
