Fila Instant Remover is an acid-based instant cleaner for fresh concrete grouting. No dilution required: ready to use.

Application:

Once the surface has been grouted, wait for the paste to thicken and become opaque (it usually takes 10 to 30 minutes), as per the times provided by the manufacturer. Perform an initial cleaning cycle on the surface, using a damp sponge. Complete the final wash, i.e., the wet finishing process. Spray INSTANT REMOVER evenly across the surface. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, depending on the finish of the material. Clean using a damp sponge trowel, rinsing frequently to keep it clean. In the event of stubborn residues, reapply one hour after grouting, as per the instructions above. For curing times, please refer to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Residues can only be cleaned with INSTANT REMOVER at the time of application. We recommend cleaning with DETERDEK PRO, a descaling acidic detergent for the end-of-work wash (if this was not done previously).

Please note:

Do not use on polished marble or any materials that are sensitive to acids. Perform a preliminary test on a small area of the surface to make sure the grouting is resistant to the cleaning product. For aluminum, use the product as per the instructions for use. Avoid the use of abrasive sponges. Do not apply excessive pressure when washing, as this could damage the grouting.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
