PLEASE NOTE: Sold by the square meter. The flooring is supplied in plastic-wrapped packs containing 3-4 boards in fixed lengths, normally between 3.5-5.4 meters (11.5-17.7 ft). If you require specific lengths, please contact us by email in advance to check current stock availability.

Pine flooring made from trees grown in Norrland in northern Sweden, where growth is very slow, resulting in heartwood of the highest Swedish quality. An investment for the future that brings enjoyment from day one and only becomes more beautiful with time!

The flooring is dried to approximately 9% moisture content, which corresponds to approximately 50% relative humidity at +20 °C (68 °F) in a typical home. At the planing mill, the flooring is stored in a climate-controlled warehouse to maintain an even and optimal moisture content. Thanks to the low moisture content, the flooring can be installed directly from an unopened package. The boards are supplied with tongue-and-groove ends. The flooring is supplied planed and untreated. To achieve a perfectly even floor surface, it should be sanded once after installation.

Good to know
Wood is a living material that shrinks and expands as humidity levels change. On dry winter days, when the fire in the tiled stove is providing the most heat, your wood floor will probably develop small gaps between the boards. During the humid late-summer period, however, these gaps will disappear. The floor performs best when the room is kept at a reasonably stable humidity and temperature. This flooring is perfectly suitable for use with underfloor heating, provided that the surface temperature of the floor does not exceed 27 °C (80.6 °F).

Tip!
An indentation in a wood floor, for example from a shoe heel, can often be repaired easily. Thoroughly wet an ordinary dishcloth and place it over the damaged area. After a short while, the wood fibers will rise and the indentation will become virtually invisible. This method works as long as the fibers have not been cut. Sharp objects can damage any floor. Thick wood flooring can, if damage occurs, be sanded again and again.

Because wood behaves differently depending on its environment and how it is handled, we cannot accept claims after the flooring has been installed. Claims can only be made before installation.

• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2–5 business days.
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be charged by the carrier.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete, unassembled, and in its original packaging, and must be securely packed in protective outer packaging in the same way as when it was delivered. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
