Other Floor Patterns
During the latter half of the 19th century, patterned tile floors began appearing in building stairwells, churches, and the entrances of more elaborate villas. These patterned floors were created following English examples and became known as Victorian floor tiles. In addition to being beautiful, they proved to be highly practical and durable. Most tile floors laid in the late 19th century have survived more than a hundred years of use and likely have at least as many years of service left. Few flooring materials offer the same lasting appearance and durability. Below you will find our range of patterned tile floors for bathrooms, kitchens, and entryways in a traditional style.
