Wash basin mixer - Horus Eloise brass

Horus Eloise in brass is a classic faucet from French brand Horus. The faucet is delivered complete with a matching pop-up drain. It features modern ceramic seals while the overall design remains classic. The white details on the faucet are made of genuine porcelain. The polished brass without protective lacquer will oxidize naturally and darken over time. The faucet fits a standard 35 mm (1.38 in) hole and connects with standard 10 mm (0.39 in) hoses, which are included. For detailed measurements, see image.

The faucet is manufactured in accordance with the European standard UNI-EN200:2005.

Deliveries

• Shipping cost is based on weight, volume, and shipping method and is calculated at checkout.
• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2-5 business days. 
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations, and will then be billed by the carrier.

How to make a return 

Contact us within 30 days at info@sekelskifte.se and provide:

• Order number 
• Name and contact details 
• Item number, quantity, and reason for return 

Wait for approval before sending anything back. We always book the return shipment and send a shipping label. 

Return terms: 

• 30 day right of withdrawal
• The product must be unused, undamaged, unmounted, and in its complete original packaging (otherwise a deduction may apply) 
• Return shipping will be added. Heavy goods (e.g. toilets, sinks, stoves, tiles) must always be returned on a pallet. Tiles must be returned in full boxes. Return costs for long goods are calculated locally and may be higher than the original delivery cost.
• Refund is made within 30 days using the same payment method. Shipping is not refunded. 
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, moldings, paneling) or custom orders (e.g. custom dimensions, special alloys, mixed/broken paint).
