At Home with - Lina Ingvarsson @rasamellangarden

On the farm where Lina Ingvarsson and her family create a life close to nature, carefully selected details help shape both the house and the farmyard. When it was time to update the outdoor lighting, the choice fell on period-appropriate fixtures that seamlessly blend into the farm’s history and architecture.

Now, a farmhouse pendant lamp illuminates the veranda—a classic detail that enhances the character of the space and provides a warm and inviting glow in the evenings. For the guest cottage, a stable lamp with a 45° hook was chosen, where the black cast iron bracket and metal shade create a design that feels both authentic and timeless. The lamps complement the farm’s rustic charm and look as if they have been there since the house was built.

Indoors, classic-style details also play a role. In the kitchen, a Chelsea kitchen mixer in chrome stands out, featuring two separate levers and a detachable hand shower that combines turn-of-the-century aesthetics with practical functionality. By the sink, a soap and dish soap dispenser in chrome adds a thoughtful touch, making the kitchen both more beautiful and more functional.

With lighting and details crafted from high-quality materials, Lina has created a harmonious whole, where the farm’s history lives on while the home is adapted for modern everyday life.
