Return terms:
- 30-day return policy.
- The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- Heavy/fragile goods must be returned on a pallet.
- Tiles must be returned in dry, clean, undamaged packaging.
- Return shipping costs apply.
- Refund within approx. 5–10 days. Delivery costs are not refunded.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber or custom-made products.
- If a return is not approved, a price deduction will be applied

Frequently asked questions about returns
Yes, timber products such as wooden flooring, wooden mouldings and wooden panels, as well as customised orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products and assembled/painted products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Tiles and clinkers can be returned if they are in saleable condition, i.e. in intact, dry, clean, and unbroken original packaging. The right of return does not apply to tiles and clinkers ordered on request. Customer service must approve your return of tiles and clinkers before you return them.
You can also return tiles and clinker bricks to our collection warehouse at Västbergavägen 43 in Hägersten. Returns will be inspected on site. Refunds will only be issued once the return has been processed at the warehouse and will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we reserve a processing time of up to 10 business days to inspect the condition of the product and register the products.
Refunds are normally processed within 7-14 business days after we have received and approved the return. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can return items directly to our store at Karlavägen 7 in Stockholm (only smaller items, i.e. not wood, bathroom porcelain, tiles, etc.) or to our warehouse at Västbergavägen 43, Hägersten.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and properly packed in a protective outer package, in the same way as upon delivery, to prevent any transport damage. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted.
Heavy/fragile goods such as tiles, plasterboard, etc., as well as long goods, must always be returned by pallet freight. The goods on the pallet must be wrapped in plastic in the same way as upon delivery to ensure protection during return transport.

When processing a refund for a return, we deduct the return shipping cost as well as the delivery shipping cost you originally paid. If your return did not meet the return conditions, we also reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
Wood is a living and moisture-sensitive material that is affected by storage conditions and climate. Once the timber has left our warehouse, changes in temperature and humidity may cause it to warp or change shape. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its quality in the event of resale. Excluding timber from the right of return is standard practice within the construction and timber industry.
