Acid-Based Cleaning Agent - Fila Deterdek Pro 1L (34 fl oz)

Acid-based cleaning agent specifically designed to effectively remove cement residues and deposits of lime, mineral, salt, and rust. Perfect for removing grout residues after tile installation. The cleaner works without damaging adjacent aluminum and stainless steel and is gentle on joints. The buffered acid does not release harmful fumes.

The agent can be used on surfaces such as terracotta, porcelain stoneware, tiles, and acid-resistant natural stone. Dilute the cleaner before use, 1:5 / 1:10 depending on the material (porcelain stoneware 1:5, terracotta 1:5, acid-resistant natural stone 1:5/1:10).

For cleaning after tile installation or paving and for post-work cleaning:

1. First, wet the surface with water.
2. Then apply diluted Deterdek Pro, spreading the solution over a few square meters at a time.
3. Wait 2-3 minutes.
4. Scrub the surface vigorously with a brush or a polishing machine.
5. Wipe up residues with a cloth or vacuum cleaner and rinse with plenty of water. If residues remain after cleaning, repeat the treatment with a more concentrated solution.

For treating exterior surfaces with obvious signs of aging (smog, dust, etc.):
Dilute 1 liter (34 fl oz) of the product in 10 liters (2.64 gallons) of water. Then follow the same application procedure as described above.

Coverage: 1 liter (34 fl oz) covers 10-40 m² (108-430 sq ft) depending on the material (porcelain stoneware: 40 m² / 430 sq ft, terracotta: 10-20 m² / 108-215 sq ft, acid-resistant natural stone: 20-35 m² / 215-377 sq ft).

NOTE! Do not use this cleaner on natural stone and other materials that are sensitive to acid. Always test the product on a small area before use! For more information, see the product data sheet.

How to make a return: 

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of return. To return an item, fill out our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return policy. 

Return policy:  

• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and well packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. 
• Return shipping costs will be added. Heavy goods must always be returned by pallet freight. 
• Tiles and clinker must be returned in dry, clean, and unbroken packaging. 
• Upon approval of the return, the price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 30 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. 
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to wood products such as wooden floors, wooden moldings, and wood paneling, as well as special orders such as custom-made items, broken colors, and special alloys on fittings. 
• In the event of an unapproved return, we reserve the right to make a price deduction. 

Smaller items can be returned free of charge to our store at Karlavägen 7 in Stockholm or to our warehouse at Västbergavägen 43 in Hägersten (Stockholm). Heavier and/or bulky goods can only be returned to our warehouse.
