Toilet - Burlington High-Tank Toilet, Wall Tank & Seat

Burlington high-level toilet with a traditional-style metal cistern, flush handle, and soft-close seat. This toilet offers a unique combination of classic design and modern functionality, with a concealed S-trap that keeps the waste pipe out of sight. Despite being a high-level toilet, it features full and half flush with an adjustable flush volume. Push the handle upward for a half flush (3 liters / 0.79 gal.) and pull downward for a full flush (6 liters / 1.59 gal.).

The toilet comes complete with an exclusive soft-close seat. The seat is available in several finishes; choose your preferred option.

Black - 122-290-S (Gloss black lacquered wooden seat)
Mahogany - 122-290-M (Gloss wooden seat with a mahogany look)

See image for detailed dimensions. Please note that the dimensions shown in the drawing can be adjusted by cutting the flush pipes both vertically and horizontally. This allows the cistern to be positioned considerably lower and the toilet closer to the wall if desired.

All toilets in the Burlington series have an interior nano-glaze treatment that makes it more difficult for dirt and bacteria to adhere compared with conventional porcelain. This also makes cleaning easier. All Burlington products are CE approved, making them approved for use throughout the EU.

The toilet is equipped with a premium flushing mechanism, engineered for reliable performance and long service life across a wide range of water pressures.

The cistern can also be ordered in black lacquered aluminum (see Related Products below) or special-ordered in white lacquered aluminum. A porcelain handle for the flush chain is also available as an option. With this option, only the full flush function is available. Contact us to order the toilet in a custom configuration.

• Shipping cost is based on weight, volume, and shipping method and is calculated at checkout.
• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2–5 business days.
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be charged by the carrier.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete, unassembled, and in its original packaging, and must be securely packed in protective outer packaging in the same way as when it was delivered. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
