About the candles from Liljeholmens Stearinfabrik:
Liljeholmens Ecolabeled candles are made from 100% stearin with a wick of woven cotton. When you light the candle, it burns with a large, beautiful and soot-free flame. The oxygen-rich candle neither runs nor oozes. The wick is specially impregnated, the edge sharp and the bowl dry.

The wick in the candles is braided for it to bend to ninety degrees when the candle burns. Then the end of the wick is at the edge of the flame where the temperature is 1400 degrees, and the wick burns up completely and at the same rate as the candle. NOTE! Be sure to shorten the wick to about 1 cm before lighting the candle for the first time - to keep the candle from running and soot. More technical information and safety instructions can be found in the fact sheet above.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
