"Encaustic tiles" is the name given to ornate tiles whose pattern is cast with multicolored clay, instead of painted on the surface. This means that the pattern will last even close to the plate wears over the years. Our wide Winckelman range contains several different patterns available in several different sizes.

Please note that the tile color of the image and reality can vary as well as between batches and different tile products. It may therefore be wise to mix the tiles of the same color but from different boxes with each other.
Remember that tiles are a natural material with natural color and size variations (up to 1.2% larger or smaller than the manufacturing dimension) between different production times. These discrepancies do not constitute grounds for complaint. It is incumbent on the buyer to check the products before assembly. Complaints after assembly are not accepted.
