Spruce Flooring Vasastan - 26,5 x 132 mm - Solid Wood Flooring

NOTE: Sold by the square meter. The flooring is delivered in plastic-wrapped packages of 3-4 boards with given lengths usually between 3.5-5.4 meters. If you have specific length requirements, please contact us via email beforehand to check current stock status.

Solid wood flooring made of spruce, which is lighter than pine. Each board is unique in its appearance, giving the flooring a natural and vibrant look.

The floor is dried to about 9%, which corresponds to approximately 50% relative humidity at +20°C (68°F) in a typical home. After planing, the planks are stored in a climate-controlled environment to maintain smoothness and optimal moisture content. Due to its low moisture content, the flooring does not require acclimation and can be laid immediately, provided the packaging is intact. The flooring comes planed and untreated. To achieve a perfect finish, without irregularities, sanding is recommended once the floor is installed.These floor planks should be placed on floor beams no more than 60 cm (23.6 in.) apart. Please contact us for pricing and to place an order. 

Important information regarding wood floors.
Wood is a living material that expands and contracts with changes in atmospheric humidity. On dry winter days when the fireplace or wood stove is burning or the heat is on, your floor will probably have gaps between the planks. During the late summer days, the gaps will most likely disappear. To achieve the best results, keep the humidity and temperature in the room as constant as possible. In-floor heating systems work well with this flooring provided that the floor surface temperature does not exceed 27° C (80.6 °F)

Useful Tip!
Damage caused by pressure (such as from a high heel) on the wooden floor can be easily repaired. Wet a dishcloth thoroughly, then place it on the floor on top of the damaged area. After a short time, the wood fibers will return to their normal shape and the damage becomes invisible to the eye. This method works provided the fibers have not been cut; heavy objects can damage any type of flooring. Thick wood floors can be sanded again and again if they should become damaged in any way.

Since wood behaves differently depending on the environment and how it is handled and treated, we will not accept complaints once the floor has been laid. Complaints can only be made before the floor is installed.

• Shipping cost is based on weight, volume, and shipping method and is calculated at checkout.
• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2–5 business days.
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be charged by the carrier.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
