Report transport damage

If your item has been damaged during transport, please report this to us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours after you have received/collected the item. If your item is defective and the damage was not caused by transport, please complete the claim form here..

Important information about transport damage:

If you discover transport damage immediately upon delivery, e.g., damaged packaging, report this to the driver and ask for the damage to be noted before you sign. You can also refuse to accept the delivery. The damage must also be reported to us within 48 hours.

If the damage is hidden and is only discovered when unpacking, you must report it to us within 48 hours. If reported later, the transport insurance will not apply and we will not be able to replace the item.
