We will sometimes send you a request asking if we can use your material, in which case the following terms and conditions will apply if you agree.

By uploading content and/or using the hashtag #YesSekelskifte in response to a request from us, you hereby agree to grant Sekelskifte 1900 AB the right to use your content in accordance with these terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are a private individual and not a company, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Content 

- You grant us permission to copy, distribute, and edit the material you have uploaded or given us permission to use. You warrant that you are the owner of the material and that all persons appearing in the images or video have given their consent. 

Use of content

- Material that has been uploaded or approved via the hashtag #YesSekelskifte may be used by Sekelskifte 1900 AB (Org. no.: 556821-7128) on its website, social media, newsletters, inspirational posts, and digital advertising.

- By giving your consent, you release Sekelskifte 1900 AB from any financial obligations for the use of your content.
