Kitchen Sink – Classic Shaker 760

Classic kitchen sink in fireclay with overflow from Shaws. Shaws has been producing kitchen sinks since 1897 and is considered one of Europe’s true quality manufacturers. This sink is compatible with Shaws’ extra-large basket strainer with porcelain insert (sold separately; see Related Products below).

All Shaws fireclay is handmade and therefore has a dimensional tolerance of +/- 3%. We strongly recommend having the sink on-site before cutting the countertop opening. There are no templates available in advance for these sinks. The sink should also be supported underneath by the cabinet frame.

The porcelain used to make the sink is called fireclay and is completely homogeneous, unlike standard sanitary porcelain, which consists of two thinner layers with air in between. This homogeneous construction makes the sink highly stable, durable, chip- and scratch-resistant, and easy to clean. The solid material also makes the sink heavy, so make sure to have a sturdy support structure capable of carrying the weight of the sink.

For detailed measurements, see image. This sink can be installed either with a rim above the countertop or undermounted beneath the countertop. The porcelain front of the sink will be visible, so some adjustment to the cabinet’s front panel may be necessary.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
