Guild low-level toilet in classic design with flush knob. This toilet combines a traditional appearance with modern functionality and is equipped with full and half flush options with adjustable volume. Turn the knob upward for a half flush and downward for a full flush. This model is rimless, meaning it lacks a flushing rim, making it more hygienic.
Low-level toilets, where the cistern is mounted closer to the toilet bowl but still with a short connecting pipe, became common in the 1920s and 1930s. This design evolved from earlier high-level models that had the cistern mounted high on the wall and used a longer pipe for greater flushing power. The shift to low-level systems was partly for practical reasons, as installations became easier and more space-efficient. They also suited the smaller bathrooms that became common in modern homes. Flushing mechanisms had also improved to the point where a high-mounted cistern was no longer necessary.
Seat sold separately; see Related Products below.
For detailed dimensions, see images. Note that the measurements in the drawings can be adjusted by cutting the flush pipes in height and depth. This allows the cistern to be mounted lower on the wall and the bowl closer to the wall, if desired. However, the bowl cannot be mounted so close to the wall that the toilet seat won’t stay upright when open. The metal parts come in a chrome finish by default but are also available by special order in gold or brushed nickel. Contact us for pricing and ordering.
We deliver the toilet with visible waste pipe components, adapted for standard offset from the wall to the floor drain center (normally about 10–12 cm (approx. 3.9–4.7 in.)).
All toilets in the Guild series are CE-marked and approved for use throughout the EU.
