Wool seal - 8 mm (0.32 in.) wool string white

Natural wool seal made of white wool from Norway. The wool is unbleached but has a natural white color and is completely untreated. The white woolen strings go particularly well with white-painted windows and frames.

This seal is made of 100% wool. Wool is a fantastic material that has been used for generations for sealing windows and doors. Wool seals against drafts and dust, but still allows the house to breathe. Unlike other textile fibers, wool is an elastic material that shrinks in tight spaces and swells up in cavities. Wool also wicks away moisture, while cotton (for example) absorbs moisture. This makes wool the ideal material for sealing windows and doors. Today's modern seals are usually made of rubber which eventually dries and cracks - with wool seals, this is avoided. Wool is also an environmentally friendly alternative with a much longer shelf life.

The white string comes in three versions (suitable for windows and doors): 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm (0.16, 0.24, and 0.32 in.) Attach with a staple gun or use tacks. The string can also be used in the garden or in areas where you need a really neat and decorative string. The cords are supplied on wooden rollers (birch).

Both the wool cord and the wooden rollers are made in Sweden.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
