Kerosene Lamp - Koholmen, Emerald Green

The Koholmen kerosene lamp was already being produced by Karlskrona Lampfabrik  in the late 1800s, but it wasn't until the 1950s that it gained widespread acceptance. It then faded into obscurity for decades. However, in recent years, it has become more popular than ever. The Koholmen is a small 6'' kerosene lamp that is the perfect alternative to ordinary candles. The Koholmen lamp features an oil chamber in hand-blown glass and a brass burner. The brightness of its 6'' round burner is equivalent to that of approximately six candles.

Our kerosene lamps are not intended for decorative lighting purposes, but rather as a primary light source in spaces lacking modern electrical lighting (such as for example, holiday cottages, porches, and patios).

According to EU directive EN 14059: 2002, traditional round burners, whose dimensions and construction have remained unchanged since the 1870s, no longer meet the safety requirements to protect children under the age of three from danger. Therefore, they must not be used for decorative purposes, but only as functional lighting. Should our lamps - contrary to our intentions - be used for decorative lighting purposes, there is a risk that children under the age of three may be exposed to life-threatening lung injuries after sucking on the wick or drinking the lamp oil. IF LAMP OIL IS SWALLOWED, do not induce vomiting. Contact the Poison Control Center or a doctor immediately!

• Applies only to products in our e-commerce warehouse. Does not apply to products shipped directly from the supplier.

How to make a return: 

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of return. To return an item, fill out our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return policy. 

Return policy:  

• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and well packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. 
• Return shipping costs will be added. Heavy goods must always be returned by pallet freight. 
• Tiles and clinker must be returned in dry, clean, and unbroken packaging. 
• Upon approval of the return, the price of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made within 30 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. 
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to wood products such as wooden floors, wooden moldings, and wood paneling, as well as special orders such as custom-made items, broken colors, and special alloys on fittings. 
• In the event of an unapproved return, we reserve the right to make a price deduction. 

Smaller items can be returned free of charge to our store at Karlavägen 7 in Stockholm or to our warehouse at Västbergavägen 43 in Hägersten (Stockholm). Heavier and/or bulky goods can only be returned to our warehouse.
