The tiles are 9 mm (0.35 in.) thick and can bear a weight between 3,200 - 5,500 kg (7,055 - 12,235 lbs) per square centimeter. Due to their high density, they absorb a minimal amount of water, which means they can be used outdoors since there is a low risk of frost damage. There may be a variation between the tile tone in the image and the actual color, as well as between batches and different tile products. Therefore, we recommend mixing tiles of the same color from different boxes. 

Please keep in mind that these tiles are made of a natural material with natural color and size variations (up to 1.2% larger or smaller than the manufacturing dimensions) between different production times. These discrepancies do not constitute grounds for complaint. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the products before installation. We will not accept any complaints for tile already installed.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
