Ceiling Lamp – Byström Pendant 60, Nickel-Plated with Off-White Shade

Byström is based on similar designs from the 1920s and 30s – a period shaped by the transition from classicism to modernism. As light bulbs became more efficient, fully white glass shades were needed to reduce glare. Traditional shoemaker-style shades were at this time complemented by spherical shades.

Finish: Nickel-plated brass
Socket: Nickel-plated E27 holder (20W)
Height: Approx. 390 mm (15.35 in.) incl. shade and 200 mm (7.87 in.) extension pipe
Ceiling plate diameter: 100 mm (3.94 in.)
Shade fitting: 60 mm (2.36 in.) flange
Shade: Mouth-blown off-white glass
Shade size: 90 x 250 mm (3.54 x 9.84 in.)

The lamp includes a sealed bracket for fixed installation. A wooden ceiling plate can be added to allow for side cable entry (e.g., knob-and-tube wiring). It also adds a decorative effect, similar to a ceiling rosette. Matching accessories available below.

For other finishes and glass shades, see Related Products. We recommend using LED bulbs for a warm, pleasant glow.
