The classic shoemaker lamp, also known as “Ferlins,” with an ivory glass shade.

Shade: Mouth-blown flange shade in ivory opal glass

Ceiling mount: For fixed installation, primarily for built-in cables.

The price includes a concealed mount for fixed installation. The included ceiling mount can be supplemented with a bracket to hang the lamp on a ceiling hook. The bracket is adjustable to fit both modern small hooks and the larger hooks used in the 19th century and earlier. For fixed mounting, the ceiling plate can be fitted with a wooden base that allows side entry, for example, if a knob-and-tube wire runs across the ceiling. The wooden base can also serve a decorative purpose, accentuating the lamp’s placement like a ceiling rose, and can be ordered without a cord groove. Return terms:

• 30-day right of withdrawal
• The product must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in its complete original packaging (otherwise a deduction may apply).
• Return shipping costs apply: United Kingdom: £6.90 for parcels, £695 for pallets. Heavy goods (e.g. toilets, sinks, stoves, tiles) must always be returned on a pallet. Tiles must be returned in full boxes. Return costs for long goods are calculated locally and may be higher than the original delivery cost.
• Refunds are issued within 30 days using the same payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings, panelling) or custom orders (e.g. custom dimensions, special alloys, mixed/bespoke paint).
