Kitchen Faucet - Horus Eloise with Hand Shower Chrome

Horus Eloise with hand shower is a kitchen faucet that combines a modern single-handle function with classic design otherwise. The white details on the faucet are made of genuine porcelain, and the spout is swivelable. The shower handle is retractable and only operates when water is turned on at the kitchen faucet. Water is then diverted when the lever on the shower handle is pressed. Note that the hose for the shower handle is always delivered in a chrome finish regardless of the finishing of the rest of the faucet and shower handle. This is done for durability reasons as chrome resists scratches best. The kitchen faucet fits in standard 35 mm (1.38 inches) holes and the hand shower in 30 mm (1.18 inches) holes. They are connected with standard pressure hoses under the sink. Also note that the maximum countertop thickness is 50 mm (1.97 inches) for the hand shower.

The faucet is manufactured in accordance with the European standard UNI-EN200:2005.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
