Kitchen Faucet - Horus Eloise with Hand Sprayer, Brass

The Horus Eloise with hand sprayer is a kitchen faucet that combines a classic design with the convenience of a modern single-handle function. The white accents on the faucet are made of real porcelain and the spout can be rotated. The sprayer handle is pulled out and will only work if the faucet is turned on. The water flow then switches over when the button is pressed on the sprayer handle. Please note that the sprayer handle hose always comes in a chrome finish, regardless of the finish of the faucet. This is done to ensure durability as chrome is more resistant to scratches. The kitchen faucet fits into a standard 35 mm (1.38 in.) hole and the sprayer is designed for a 30 mm (1.18 in.) hole. They are both connected to standard pressure hoses under the sink. Please also note that the maximum countertop thickness is 50 mm (1.97 in.) for the hand sprayer.

This kitchen faucet is also available in several other finishes such as chrome, shiny nickel, matte bronze (also called aged brass), aged bronze, gold, satin nickel, polished brass without protective lacquer (oxidizes naturally) and aged copper (not authentic copper). The faucet is manufactured in accordance with the European standard UNI-EN200:2005.

• Items in stock are shipped from us within 2–5 business days.
• For customers outside the EU (excluding Norway), local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be charged by the carrier.

How to return an item:

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To make a return, please complete our return form. There you will also find more information about returns and our return terms.

Return terms:

• The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging, and properly packed in a protective outer package in the same way as upon delivery. Original packaging sealed with packing tape will not be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• Heavy/fragile goods/long goods must always be returned by pallet freight.
• Tiles must be returned in dry, clean and unopened packaging.
• Once the return has been inspected and processed, a refund will be issued within approximately 5–10 days using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Delivery shipping costs are not refunded. If a return is not approved, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in the product’s value.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to timber (wooden floors, mouldings and panelling) or custom-made orders such as tinted paint, special alloys, made-to-measure products or assembled/painted products.
