The tiles are 9 mm (0.35 in.) thick and can bear a weight between 3,200 - 5,500 kg (7,055 - 12,235 lbs) per square centimeter. Due to their high density, they absorb a minimal amount of water, which means they can be used outdoors since there is a low risk of frost damage. Note: tiles larger than 10 x 10 cm (3.94 x 3.94 in.) should be calculated using a waste factor of 5-10%. There may be a variation between the tile tone in the image and the actual color, as well as between batches and different tile products. Therefore, we recommend mixing tiles of the same color from different boxes. 

Remember that tiles are a natural material with natural color and size variations (up to 1.2% larger or smaller than the manufacturing dimension) between different production times. These discrepancies do not constitute grounds for complaint. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the products before installation. We will not accept any complaints for tile already installed.
